NSVC / UPP - Policy:

We value every member of our community and want to be clear about how things work. All memberships, rentals, and equipment sales are final. If NSVC ever needs to cancel a session, we’ll always provide a make-up class.

If you’re unable to attend, miss a session, or don’t use a rental, credits may be offered at the owner’s discretion. We appreciate your understanding and commitment to the program!
